I just wanted to  let you know what a great experience I had at your company. My salesperson was Keith Knodel and he was fantastic to work with on my flooring project. The people that actually put in the flooring were expert craftsmen and I was impressed with their work especially in the detail areas. I went with company because Keith gave me a fair price up front. There were other companies that bid below your prices, but only after I said I had a lower estimate. I liked Keith’s fair biddung up front. The wood flooring is just lovely and I get many compliments on it, which I give Keith’s name and suggest CRT Flooring if they are thinking of making any improvements.

Thank you for the wonderful job that you did installing wood laminate in our home. It looks beautiful and everyone concerned was very helpful, efficient and courteous.

    *Oscar was most informative and knowledgeable when we came in to find out what we wanted and what it would cost. He came out and did the estimate with samples to match out wood cabinets. He answered all our many questions politely and accurately.

  *The workers came when promised and were extremely polite. They worked diligently. I appreciated that one of them spoke English. They stopped and answered my questions as needed.

   *The project was keep clean at all times. These men were the cleanest workmen that i have ever seen! They kept their big saw outside and as far down the driveway as possible so the sawdust was kept at a  minimum and swept up regularly. When they finished there was not a piece of construction debris to be found.

  *Oscar kept n touch during the entire work time and visited the site during and after to make sure everything was OK this was greatly appreciated.

I will recommend Flooring Concepts to my friends and even my enemies. THANK YOU AGAIN!
